Quality Inn & Suites Pawleys Island

I stayed one night and had a very good experience. When I checked in, the first room had a heater issue, but the night shift staff member, Krishna, fixed it quickly. When I mentioned a bad smell, he immediately apologized, checked another room, and moved me. The new room was clean and comfortable. Later that night, my father had a medical emergency, and I didn’t know what to do. I called the front desk, and he came and stayed with us for two hours in the cold weather. He suggested giving hot water, provided blankets to keep my father warm, and helped us until we called the ambulance. I was very scared, but he handled everything calmly. I have never seen this kind of care from hotel staff before, and I truly appreciated it.The place was safe, calm, peaceful, and near the beach. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

I arrived on late Thursday evening and the guy working the front desk. I believe his name was Zach was extremely kind and very helpful. I would highly recommend the quality and the room was clean, very good price and again Zach was the nicest person I’ve ever met working a front desk.

I really enjoyed my vacation thanks to this hotel and the people that work there. Robert their GM really treated us with the up most respect and was awesome. I will absolutely return to this hotel when I decide to visit the beach again!

First of all, I'm giving a 5 star because the receptionist didn't exchange words when we asked for ground flooring, the handicap accessibility of the room and walk in shower. We stay here during the rally because of price, location room comfort and cleanliness. This time the cleanliness wasn't good. Opened the door. Everything looked and felt nice. After our showers and walking the floors,we discovered our floors were filthy dirty which leads me to believe that other things had not been disinfected. My new white socks were filthy dirty. The sneakers I wore were brandnewThat's an infection control issue. I usually bring my disinfectants but this time I didn't. Luckily we bought our own shower wash because there wasn't any in the shower this time This was an easy fix by letting the hotel know directly but this also needs to be public knowledge to promote awareness so that it can surely be corrected. $over$200 for 2 nights and $100 security deposit is certainly enough for a sanitized sleeping quarter. It's fair and right. Don't advertise one thing and charge for another! That's unacceptable! I look forward to hearing from someone soon. Our phone number is in the registration. This hotel by far has the best staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Robert was amazing making sure our stay was the most amazing experience ever. Definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Sheila at the front desk was SO kind and accommodating when we had an issue with our reservation dates. She was understanding, calm, and solution oriented - calling me back within 20 minutes to handle the question. Best service I’ve ever had when calling a hotel.
